Sunday Gardening, hard days at school and a restrict in my diet!!

Hii guys!

So sunday morning I went for a biiiig run because the weather was really nice! I was out for 2 hours and because the tide of the ocean was super far out, I ran out 'into the ocean' and discovered some hidden places I've never been to! It was actually really cool!! And I found a little creek, and a small path that lead to it. And because I'm kinda scared of snakes (okay kind of is not the right expression, i know :) ) it must have looked pretty hilarious cause this path seemed like a great place for those disgusting animals :D So I jumped and ran as fast as I could! LUCKILY I DIDN"T SEE ANY SNAKES!!! I think I would have cried!

So in the afternoon I helped Janice to plant some nice flowers. Unfortunately we got interrupt by a sudden change of the weather- it started to rain. :/

Oh well, monday wasn't really interesting. We are writing a stupid essay in english now :/// Eww about this novel I hated remember?? The apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz. But I guess it's a good practice for my english! The last weeks we will deal with Shakespeare, FINALLY! I waited for that :D

Okay and now, the worst news of the day: we will have a f** oral eam in french!!! Oh my gosh please I can't speak french!!!! Well I do but I suck!! So I will just say OUI non stop!! :(
It's about a novel too and I haven't even read it so I have to do that in freakin' ONE WEEK!!

So I guess the last weeks will be kinda hard but anyways...I'm sure not as hard as in Germany!!

I think I told you before that my stomach pains get worse, so we decided to try something else, Gluten free food!! Cause that could cause the pain, maybe!! So Janice and I went to a special store today to buy some gluten free products. And Pau and I already baked some g. free cookies tonight!

It isn't that bad but I think it will be pretty hard- no bread, no pretzles, no cookies :( The only things I actually like to eat!!! Oh well, I would give everything to feel better!

BBQ at Goose Spit

Hey Guys!

Yesterday, the weather was gorgeous so Vanessas family decided to do a beach fire in Comox and they invited me! At the moment, they have some visitors from france, 2 guys and a girl so they spoke french most of the time which was a challenge for me to understand but it wasn't that hard, luckily.

So in the afternoon, V and I went to the beach to meet the family and suddenly there were some international friends of ours, making a beach fire as well. So we spend some time with both, family and friends which was really nice. I had some nice salads and the others had hot dogs.

Later the night, we went to Vanessas house and took some pictures. Unfortunatley my stomach hurt a lot that night so I couldn't fall asleep. That honestly really worries me because it's getting worse every single day.

In the morning I skyped with Lea for almost 2 hours. I love you Lea <3 and I miss you!

Photo shoot with Kirsten, friday night with internationals

Hi!

So my friday afternoon was pretty cool! I met this girl from my psychology class, Kirsten, and because she loooves to take pictures we went down to filberg park and the comox harbor and took hundreds of nice pictures!!! I haven't seen them yet but she is an amazing photographer so I'm sure they are great.

It was just so much fun because we talked for hours and laughed so the time ran terribly quick :)

So around 6.30 we walked back and vanessa picked me up with her bike to go downtown courtenay ! So we just had one bike but we managed it to drive!! :) it was fun!!
We met Alonso (mexican) at superstore bought some things and went to the hair dresser with him. :)

After that we went to Tim hortons and made our way downtown were I had to catch the bus out to royston around 9.30.

I had a fun day. So the pictures will be posted a bit later as well because of my laptop and Kirsten has to send me some ;)

Super tired, sleepover and the very early tofino trip

Heey guys! :)

Sooo there is a reason why I didn't post earlier! I had to go to school the day after we got back and I was soooo tired!!! You can't even imagine!!! So I tried to get that day over by baking cookies at night and going to bed at 9 :)) well in the end I slept at 12 so it didn't really matter :/

So anyways, on wednesday Vanessa and I hung out downtown a little and then I went to ballet, which was kinda hard cause I was soo tired still! Afterwards we picked Vanessa up again for a sleepover because we had the international tofino trip coming up the next morning :)

Sooooo we slept about 4 hours cause we had to get up at freakin 4 o' clock!!!
Gosh!! The bus left at 5.30 and we were in tofino by 9.

They dropped us off at a whale watching place were we got in one of those zodiac boats. Those are those really fast ones :)

We started which was pretty fun but afte we hit the pacific ocean , or the open se,a, it got reaaaaaally bouncy and the first students started to feel sick. Vanessa and I were still pretty excited so we felt great!

After 1,5 hours we spotted some grey whales. It wasn't as impressing as with my dad, because they were just breathing and we didn't really see them!

We arrived on the island were the hot springs are and went on a 3 km hike through the rain forest which was pretty impressing! Then- the hot springs, steaming water, misterious looking cliffs! It was just amazing!!! We changed into bikini and tried to go in even though it was suuuper hot!!! They can get up to 50 degrees Celsius!!! Some got dizzy after some minutes !

1 hour later we hiked back to the boats and then, the horror began. Some people puked some felt so sick they just layed down on the boats and others just stopped talking and just wishing to reach the coast as fast as possible!!!

Omg I never felt so sick I was always about to puke but THANKS GOD I didn't !!!
Afterwards we got some peppermint tea to calm our stomachs and then we had to go back to the bus to get sick again by driving through the mountains !!!

I will just forget this horror trip but I have some nice pictures, most of them are made by Vanessa though cause she was the only one who felt good after all :)

Soo my laptop is going nuts again. I will post them as soon as possible!!

KELOWNA!!!

Heey guys, so after my daddy left home :((( I had a whole day on my own in Vancouver so I went shopping :D POWER SHOPPING 12 hours :D hahahah i know crazy!!

In the afternoon my host dad came and took me with him to West Vancouver where friends of them live. They were really nice people and we stayed there for one night.
The next morning, Janice, Pau and Ryan came with the car to pick Ken and me up. Theeeen we made our LOOOONG way through the mountains to Kelowna! It was about a 5 hour drive!

This city is soo beautiful! I would recommend to google it! It is right at the big Okanagan lake! And where ever you look- Vineyards!!!! It just looks AMAZING!!!

So that day, we were really tired, so we just hung out with Janices parents, who have an awesome house on a hill, with a VIEW ON THE LAKE!! Wooow this house was just so pretty!!! And the parents are suuuper nice!! We had a big dinner and went to bed early!

The next morning, all the girls including me, went to the big shopping mall! I just stayed 2 hours and theeen I met Leonora and Jan, my friends from Germany who are staying in Kelowna! They showed me around downtown and we walked to their school and yeah! It was soooo much fun seeing them again! We laughed a lot and talked for hours!

In the evening, I went to the beach with Pau and we had dinner later. The night ended with a horrow movie!! :o Hostel! wuuuuu spooooky!

Sunday morning we all went to church. But it's not an ordenary old fashion chaurch it was super modern and really interesting!!! Super cool with music, a band and stuff! :D Pretty nice!

Aftrwards I went over to Leonoras house and met her and jan again :D we watched a horrow movie, played air hockey and sat on the deck to enjoy the weather, it was really hot!!

And then, the highlight : janices mother took us to a FASHIONSHOW!!!! OMG it was sooo awesome! We all dressed up super pretty and the night was a girls night only! Soooo cool!!

The designer was german, so she presented me to the german high society of Kelowna! And we will be in the newspaper and a magazin!!! That is soo cool! I loved some dresses they were gorgeous! I got to wear my dress I bought in seattle, the black high low one and one of the models told me she really liked it and my neglace :D wuuuuu!!!

So all in all we had sooooo much fun!!!

This morning we had to leave at 7.30 and spend the day in the car -.- it was sooo long and tiring!!!

So tonight I went for a looong run to get my legs working again!  :D

I HAD SOME GREAT DAYS THANKS TO DADDY AND OF COURSE MY AWESOME HOST FAMILY!!!! Love you so much <3
